Waahhh!!! I need sounds!

I can’t figure out how to upload music and sounds to my posts and pages… I want to upload to these mp3s and audio files in my site but i can’t?!!! What should i do? Do i need the URL, the codes or the mp3 itself? How?! How?! How?! I need help! Anyone?! Please!

~~ Hmm.. i have read an entry on how to upload an audio file in wordpress.. hmmm… i’ll try it!!!
I just hope it will work…

~~ Now i know, i’ve just read in the Help page that i won’t be able to post songs here until i avail their SPACE UPGRADE which will cost me some dollars… oh i see!, Okay, i understand! The company also needs income for the maintenance of the website.. Ok fine!
